Military Wife Confessions

Hello everyone on Military Wife Confessions! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Diane, I am a stay at home mom to two beautiful children. Tyler is 3 1/2 and Brionna is 21 months. My kids are my world and are what gets me thru the rough spots and the looooooooong deployments. My husband and I have been together since December of 2002. we have been married since July of 2005. yes we are high school sweethearts. and as much as i hate to admit it I did marry my brothers best friend. My husband has been in the army since June 2004 and has re enlisted once. We are currently on our 2nd deployment. and are way past ready to get this one done and over with. our first deployment was April 2007-June 2008, and our second is September 2009-current. This is our first duty station, and we are very anxious to find out if we will be staying here in Washington or going to another duty station for another journey. we are stationed here at Fort Lewis WA and this is our first duty station. My daughter was the result of our first deployment. we have a dog named Tren she is a German shepherd, and we have a cat named Kitty kat, she is a tortie. I'm hoping by joining this site I will be able to meet some more army wives stationed here at lewis, and maybe make some new friends. oh and before I forget both my husband and I are orgionally from Washington.

Welcome! I'm also here at Fort Lewis, we love it here, we are biased. We grew up here. We have a 3 children that are 12, 11, and 7. We were high school sweeties too!
