So, I'm working my hardest to get into shape and healthy! I've struggled most of my life with an eating disorder and now, 6 years after getting out of the hospital, I'm starting realize the beauty of a healthy body versus a disordered one.

I'm sure lots of you girls have struggled with weight and/or are just trying to get into shape, too! I want this to be a place where you can share your stories, day to day struggles, triumphs and everything in between.

My current goal: To lose 10 lbs, get down to a healthier BMI ( with help from my Wii fit! It says a healthy BMI for me is 22.. mine is 24.16 right now! ), and to love my body regardless!

Hey girl- I just wanted to say it was very brave of you to share a part of your story here, I'm glad you you are beginning to see the beauty of health!

I have also struggled with disordered eating for some time as well and I'm just trying to get to a place of peace with my body! After getting married I experienced a lot of weight gain and have had a LOT more trouble than I have ever had in attempting to lose that weight.

I'm at a BMI of 22.5 currently, and I am trying to eat more healthfully, exercise frequently, and lose 15- 20 lbs.  And of course, to learn to be happy with my body! Yay!

What do y'all think about maybe having a MWC Biggest Loser or something along those lines? Maybe have all participants put $5-$10 in a paypal account and the person with the biggest percentage wins the pot?

I'm just trying to think of different ways to have accountability to each other.  Since we don't live near each other we can't have that in meeting up for workouts or such.

I seem to be at the same BMI and goal weight loss (10lbs) as you.

I'd love to have an online support system here! I was doing great with P90X, but haven't gotten back into it fully even though I know it works. I'd love to lose the 10lbs and wow my husband when he gets back from Iraq!

What a great idea. I just last week hit the weight I was at when I graduated high school and im so happy. I hate that I thought I was huge back then! But my goal is to lose another 15 pounds still. Been using EA Active and trying to walk more.

Luckily the husband wants to get in shape too so he is on board with me cooking all this healthy stuff, now I just need new recipes since we are getting tired of the ones I use lol
