Military Wife Confessions

I'm a 21 year old newlywed Navy wife. My husband's name is Justin and he is a 25 year old E4 at Pearl Harbor.  We met each other here in HNL but are from the same super small town in Northwest Arkansas. 

I was living here with my brother, taking care of my little neice for the summer when some random guy messaged me on myspace saying that he was from Arkansas. I thought it was just another lonely military guy trying another lame pick up line but decided to humor him none the less.  After a couple messages he asked me if I knew some girl from the town we were from, I did.  She graduated a year after me.  That was his little sister.  I immediately contacted her and it was true.  We started talking a lot more and decided to meet up when he got to the island for his first duty station.  Our first date was on my birthday. A month later we were engaged and then exactly one year after that, we were married.

I'm still trying to get used to being a military wife but considering Justin wants to be a lifer... I think I have plenty of time to learn :-)
