About Me

I am a very motivated Marine wife, who often takes "crap" from other wives for being moto and involved in the Marine Corps lifestyle. I am beyond patriotic and stand up for what I believe. It takes a certain kind of person to be a military wife, and not many can handle it, those who can, are amazing. My husband is deployed, go figure, 99% of my best friends are United States Marines, and deployed. OOH RAH & Semper Fi.

We are stationed at Pendleton, and fortunately got a billet that keeps us here for 4 more years, a rare and amazing thing! I am the editor of 101 Things To Do San Diego Magazine. (www.101sandiego.com) and we are originally from Michigan.

hi just read your article. you described everything i feel. been married and living here for more than a year and nothing...no friends, no hanging out with other wives...it's so hard to find a person who will acutally let me tell my story. around here...they walk around with an attitude and i try so hard not to treat others like that.

Awh. I feel too much like a bitch in it, but I'm not that mean- honest! haha. One of these days I'll get a little more detailed, but that's when my motivation comes back. =p
